transcript of cops training to be handlers

i have a man who began sending me recordings about 6 months go and yesterday i got an interesting transcript off of one he sent to me of the cops in training talking in the background. the scalar beam is a 2way energy beam and one of the first articles i posted here was how to record and get the names of the handlers as they must sign on to the energy grid in the same way we sign on to a network when we use our computer.

as i listened to this recording it was easy to see why this technology should have never been placed in the hands of the police as they are notorious for their misconduct and abuse of the citizens they swore to protect with their own lives even without the ability to get inside their head.

i removed my friends name but the actions they are discussing regarding his wife and child are things like waking him in the middle of the night and playing a recording of his baby crying and he would run down the hall to see what was wrong only to find her sleeping soundly.

the pattern of his recording have been the coast guard providing training to the local sheriffs and state police.

The results were fed into a computer which looked for links between colours, shapes and movements on the screen, and patterns of activity in the brain.

The computer software was then given the brain scans of the volunteers as they watched a different video and was asked to recreate what they were seeing.

According to Dr Gallant, who has yet to publish the results of the experiment, the software was close to the mark.

In one scene featuring comic actor Steve Martin in a white shirt, the computer reproduced his white torso and rough shape, but was unable to handle details of his face.

In another, the volunteers watched an image of a city skyline with a plane flying past.

Recently a friend of mine asked me if I could find and download some you tubes by Laura Eisenhower who is great grand daughter to the late President Eisenhower. I was surprised that she changed her middle name to Magdalene and on several of her video posts she refers to herself as the Sofia of Christ and as Sofia/Christo.

I wrote to her asking why she out such disinformation. I was unsure if she would even respond as she has not answered those she made contact with at the UFO conferences she attends so I was surprised by her response.

Too make this simple lets divide them into 2 groups:
higher beings/spirits/energy aliens…whatever you prefer to call them and lesser beings/spirits/energy aliens.

Higher Spirits:
Allahs Men
Lycans and raifs – when not in corporeal for they survive on energy and when in corporeal form they eat food like everyone else….They are NOT blood feeders.
They have the ability to ‘think themselves into being’ – this means that they have the knowledge to control the density of matter in whatever physicality they are in
The can be in spirit/energy form and then decided they want to take corporeal form and do so using only the power of their mind
I have heard this process referred to as shape shifting

Lesser Spirits:
Allaman
These entities do not have the ability to ‘think themselves into being’
These entities must be brought into this physicality through a process called being ensouled which gives the corporeal body that they need to remain in this density
The only way they can cross the dimensional membrane without going through this process is to walk into the body of another being which is forbidden…
They blood drinking was started because of the heme which allows them to remain in the body of another
This group is made up of some who passed themselves off as Angels like the Seraphim, Raphaim, Eloheim and others of that nature.

There can only be 1 soul per body…without getting into the complex nature of chimeras suffice it to say that even twins each have their own body. So let me repeat …1 soul per body.

More than 1 spirit can be in a body with or without a soul. They call themselves things like legion and minions which is synonymous with the hu.man word ‘friend’. cohorts in crime is also an accurate synonym.

These beings are the biggest bunch of liars that ever preyed on Hu.mans as they have no psychic or telekinetic power without a light weapon such as the Jericho guns used now by most police department and the DODs in most countries.

Think of it this way…if you went into an area where a tribe of people hd never seen a cigarette lighter before and then created fire, it would be perceived as majic and you would be a god…that’s pretty much what they did. I know that the Raphaim have been genocide for this and several other species as well.

The lesser aliens…the anazazi, Aztec, mayans, incas,dropas,dogons also have no true telepathic or telekinetic capabilities and that is why they can be kept imprisoned in a faraday cage or something that blocks the electromagnetic waves. It stops their friends from beaming them out with a light weapon.

If you encounter one of these beings and you are in doubt as to which type of entity/alien/dimensional being they are why not try asking them to shape shift. Allahs men are aware of the situation here and would gladly do so if they had already appeared to you in energy form as they have nothing to hide. If they are not able to do so any reason they would give you should be a considered a warning sign saying they are not being honest about who they are.

The higher joke with the lesser all the time using the saying…a spirit takes soul every time…much like you cops say federal takes civil every time.

The term lessor does not mean less valuable and many of them are amazing individuals that you would be blessed to have in your life. But like every where …nothing is all good or all bad…good black people, good white people, good yellow people, good red people you could substitute the word bad for good and also have a true statement so you need to be selective who you let into your life until this whole energy situation is under control.

And for those who want to diminish the validity of my statements with claims of insanity let me point out that it was only 100 years ago that humans were standing on the edge of a cliff and flapping their arms with feathers glued to them trying to fly. Does it make sense that it took humanity thousands of years to get to that point in their development and in only 100 years they suddenly became wizards themselves with space travel and trying to achieve inter dimensional travel?

All that happened here was a group slightly older and a little more evolved came to earth and showed man his first lighter.
