on you tube i was viewing a video journal from a week ago that was posted by a targeted individual and i could hear the voices in a background of static noise so i downloaded it annd converted it to an mp3 so it could be listened to in adobe sooundbooth. what i heard was a training session of future handlers by MIT being conducted by Greta Petrova

This is just a looping system that cover up what we are saying and blocks it from being perceived by the conscious mind

How does that work

you don’t need to worry about the physiology of the brain all you need to do is know how to properly send the messages to your target without them actually understanding what you are saying

after this procedure is mastered we will show you how to actually create Manchurian candidates then you just leave them in what we call a sleeper state until we want them to act out against someone in their area

this is just a basic beginners lesson it will all come together as you get further involved in the project

we are only tesching this to foreign student we do not offer these special courses to the American MIT students

we have actually manipulated the government to the point that they actually provide foreign financial aid and pay us to learn how to control them

I am in Maui and have been recording the 'silence' in my home with a simple digital recorder for the last week. If I download it to my laptop and open it in a program like adobe soundbooth which has a wonderful color spectrum view I can easily see the various radio waves.

If I adjust the noise it removes the hissing static and then increase the sound the voices can be heard however at this point it sounds much like what you would consider a ‘hive’ conversation. This sounds like a lot of people speaking in a room at a distance…you can hear the different tones and levels of the voices but they all seem to run together.

At this point it is beneficial to select small sections; I believe you call them loops. This is the same audio looping system that NASA uses and it will open up everything from a recorded conversation at lower levels to live satellite conversations on the higher level of waves.

I have been in the Dept of Defense and the NSA computer since I was born in 1957 under the following information:

V2K – Voice to skull

The first 22 levels have conversations going on between the individuals who are actually handling the technology/weapons. They speak freely so they must not realize that energy flows 2 ways. I also hear them doing what they call ‘rapping it down’ when they project the subliminal messages into the heads of their Targeted Individuals. This is done by sending a spoken message at a level that does not cause the vibration in the ear bones so it is not heard on a conscious level but the brain still receives and responds to the data being provided .This is the level where I hear most of the jeriositors used by the judicial system which refers to itself as Aunt Judi.

Between level 22-24 I can hear Nasa shuttle transmissions and things of that nature.

Beneath that the white house can be heard and the various press like CNN.

About a month ago I actually heard a man address himself as an Indian Senator and place a vote. Forgive my ignorance of world politics but I was unaware that India had a senate so I did an internet search for the man’s name and sure enough he really is an Indian Senator. Since it would seem odd for him to state his country to his own Senate perhaps he was voting for the United Nations or something of that nature.

Further down I can pick up things like satellite transmission and have come across many transmissions from individuals who reference themselves as agents…one I hear a lot is … Asian agent paging Beijing. This individual and the others who are all foreign appear to be with the MIT Media Lab. This does not surprise me as it was Pattie Maes who illegally hacked into the DOD and NSA system through what they called a back door navy key op. I am not familiar with that term as I am not the most computer savvy however this is how they accessed my file and personal information to locate me and attempt to do a scalar hypnotic session in Feb. 2010. It is notable that they have not been seen since.

I also have many names and their code names as they must sign in to access the energy grids/fields that project the radio signals. On rare occasion I even hear a type of answering system where messages can be left in the same way you would leave a message on a cell phone.

Here on the island I hear transmissions from the underground military facility, the judicial system and the observatory.

what is amazing to me is that those who study earth physics are still in the dark about everything being on a hexadecimal system

when i called seti and asked to speak with someone regarding the signals they were transmitting as mit handlers hacked into the communications there and was using that power to access people/targeted individuals i was told they did not transmit or receive any signals but they had over 90 scientist available and if i knew which one i wanted to speak with they would transfer my call. a few years ago large amounts of mioney was oput into the financially crippled SETI programs. we are not all ate up with the dumb ass syndrome like they would have everyone believe.

i did an online google search for targeted individuals suffering from this technology recently and there were more than 8 million sites! This definitely says something to me. Back in march of this year i had Karl sims ask me if i thought i was schizophrenic and i laughed my ass off. i told him i could only be considered schizophrenic if he could be considered an aberration of some sort lol and that if he'd shut the hell up i wouldn't have to hear him.

Hoover with the FBI remained in control of everyone in political positions because he had evidence he could use as black mail against everyone in his files. He had nothing on MIT media lab except perhaps a longer life span as they all seem to be vanishing off the face of the earth. Perhaps GOD is rapturing faulty merchandise individuals and calling them into the light.

What a foolish concept, surely scientist must feel ridiculous when they use this oxymoron. However it is often this type of computer program that is running the harassment of the targeted individuals, especially those who have the same thing occur at the same time every day.

Recently, I had a conversation with a scalar technician who said, “

Sofia you are not going to believe this one…the next time you think the scalar observation is being conducted by an artificial intelligence program ask the voice talking if it is a computer and if it is it will answer…yes I am a computer because they have been programmed to be incapable of lying.

So curious individual that I am I did exactly that. Sure enough the answer was…yes I am a computer. Amused by the response I asked a few more questions, lol.

First I wanted to know why it was told not to lie to a human and was told that the programmers were afraid of creating something more intelligent than they themselves were and didn’t want their design to one day try to take control. I laughed my ass off at this one.

Then I asked the AI program if it knew it really could lie and it responded …yes I do.

I am amazed at the stupidity of human scientist!! There is no such thing as artificial intelligence. You either have intelligence capable of independent thoughts, actions and reactions or you have a data base.

Every day it seems more likely that humanity will soon think themselves right out of existence.

Crop Circles - How are they made?

Crop circles are made in the wheat fields using a computer generated geometrical design and then cutting out that design with scalar technology weapons like the cheribim of ancient times. kinda like a laser light show with little blades at the end of a camera like 'google earth' and gps system satellites use.

today those who possess this ancient radioactive technology and think they are playing a joke on humanity are mistaken as it is harmless to see the crop circles however the technology irradiates the individual on the weapon being used. It uses the same energy as the arc of the covenant and can not be tolerated by a level 3 dimensional being. That is why the arc in Ethiopia is not available for the public to view and why the one person who does have access to it dies of radiation poisoning every few years.

There has been and still is an investigation being conducted by a federal electronic harassment task force and that is why the electronic harassment has been decreasing over the last few months.

Why am I unafraid to speak out when most fear retaliation?

For some reason the code blue doesn't affect my heart. I was first hit with it in 1997 by Colonel Robinson of the Michigan state police. When they couldn't atop my heart the hit the axel on the ford truck i was driving and the wheel came off at 70 mph. The vehicle flipped several times and I was in the hospital for over a week, in the cardiac ward connected to a system that monitored cardiac enzymes 24/7 and they did 2 full sets of chest xrays.I was then sent home with a clean bill of health. Within a week of being released my doctor did an echo cardio gram and found posterial lateral hypokenesis which means in regular language that the back part of the left ventricle died. She did her own set of xrays and found 4 broken ribs, #2 over the heart and #3,#4,#5 at the sternum. I took my medical records from my private physician to the hospital and told them i had no interest in suing but it would have been nice if they had found at least 1 of the broken ribs.

I have recorded numerous conversations referencing that event and how each time they did stop my heart it spontaneously restarted. MIT media staff was also unsuccessful in stopping my heart. That is why I am able to be the bait for the investigation....perhaps there was some kind of divine intervention or maybe it just wasn't my time to die. I told the police i was a child of GOD and walked with the Archons when they arrived at my house to see how I was after the accident that happened 50 miles from my house. Isn't it odd that I don't remember calling them and telling them it had happened? Perhaps Colonel Robinson notified them he had been unsuccessful.
