i have been recording the scalar waves such as that used by Prince Charles to give a holographic speech or used in Iraq to cause the mass surrender of their soldiers because it is also used to world wide by MIT in particular Patti Maes and her media lab to listen in on the heads of state and their military brass in hopes of obtaining information and grant money usually from a countries dept of defense.
I studied genetic engineering at the Univ of Michigan and am an educated individual.
My claims can be proven as I have over 7000 hours of recorded airwave/scalar/energy wave conversations. they use the same audio loop technology that NASA does when communicating with fighter jets and the shuttle.
At wav levels 1 about level 15 i hear the voices of the individuals they are directly targeting. between level 22 and level 24 i can hear the nasa transmissions. if i continue to reduce the hiss noise and increase the sound i am able to pick up the white house, cnn, nbc etc.
I did not know that India had a senate so forgive my ignorance please of foreign policy however i know it now because I overheard a senator from India vote recently and went online and looked up the name and sure enough they do have a senate and he was a member.
these individuals must sign on the air wavs like they sign on the internet and i have recorded the signing on and stating their name and code name to log their time
the MIT police contacted me about 6 weeks ago and are allegedly investigating this. the name i was given was Kim Billin as the officer and the number is 617 258 9723. i called this number to verify it and there is an answering service with that name. i found it strange that they did not want any of the recorded evidence.
you are not the only country i have heard in these recordings. They can also be overheard listening to the us senate. if i then go to lower wave levels i can hear individuals signing using the term Agent then giving their name or code name after.
If this information is passed on to any one in your military dept of defense or anyone functions as a head of state they will be familiar with this technology.
I do not believe that this espionage is appropriate and if they were legitimately working with your government they would not students listening in the back ground discussing green cards and who they would target next for funding.
I am willing to provide someone with this recorded information and show them how to listen with very simple digital devices.

There is a way to record the scalar waves used to do electronic harassment and play it back so that someone who is not a victim can actually hear the voices.
How can you be deemed crazy if you are no longer the only one who can understand what they are saying?
This makes it easy to prove your case not only to those in your life but to a court of law as well.
Even when my home is quiet I record with a small digital recorder then download the .mp3 audio file onto my computer. I then open the file with Adobe sound booth however there is a free program online called audacity that i have been told works and is used by ghost hunters who are trying to collect EVPs. The important thing is that you can view your audio file as a wav or mp3 in a program that will show you what it looks like in a color spectrum.
The various colors will show you where the conversations are occurring by the individuals responsible.
This is how i analyze my recordings and is what i call the PBBS [public brain broadcasting system]
-- i increase the vocal clarity
-- increase the vocal enhancer
-- remove the noise---this might have to be done several time but each time in between i increase the volume until i can easily hear the voices in the background
--there are usually at least 5 levels of conversations occurring at the same time as the energy wavs run together like a party line
there are often audio loops that are included in the first few layers making it hard to understand the exact words being said so that is why the color spectrum view is so helpful
the beauty of it is that they do not expect you to be able to hear them so they speak freely and use their own names
not only will you know who they are but you will be able to prove it to someone else without having your own sanity questioned
then i would suggest that you check online and see when MIT is having their seminars/symposiums in your area especially if you have been victim to the scalar holograms as only a handful of individuals have the equipment to conduct this type of experiment.
